French Onion Soup

1. Remove and place in a microwave-safe dish. Heat 2-3 minutes. Stir and reheat if needed. Place croutons on a baking sheet and bake at 375° for 5-7 minutes. 2. Place soup in an ovenproof crock on a baking sheet and heat at 375° for 10 minutes; remove from oven, raise heat to 425°, add croutons and place back in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until croutons are golden brown and cheese is melted.
