Craig Bricking is the Chef and Owner of Brick’s Catering Company in the heart of Newport, KY. He has always had a passion for cooking, which started as a young child in his grandmother’s kitchen, but he decided to make food and entertaining not only his passion but his career. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Midwest Culinary Institute in 2016, Craig started his journey in the culinary world, and Brick’s Catering was established in July 2018.
Craig’s experience and expertise in the kitchen allow his customers to customize their event to their liking and choose a menu that fits their style. From delectable salads and house-made dressings to mouthwatering soups, entrees, and sides, Brick’s Catering has the menu for any occasion. Whether it be a wedding of 500, a corporate lunch for 25, or his weekly meal delivery, Craig and his staff will deliver food that will never disappoint.
We had an 80th Birthday party and all the food was delicious! Craig provided a menu and he let us customize it, the food turned out amazing! There is nothing we would have changed. Super professional staff too!! Would highly recommend It’s Just Brick's for any event!

Craig’s service, food, professionalism, and polite staff were beyond wonderful from start to finish! We hired him to cater our wedding based on a suggestion from a family friend. I’m so glad we went with this idea and trusted Craig’s suggestions! We are a little indecisive and not much thought was needed on our part. Craig laid out a delicious spread that our guests RAVED about all night! Bad wedding food can be really bad but my guests are still texting me days later saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had and asking for his contact info.
